Most weird dish you have ever tried?

It’s not considered weird anymore but when I had Escargot (snails) for the first time, it felt weird!

Favourite dish made by your mum?

My mum is such an awesome cook. Be it salads, biryani, kebabs, whatever she makes is awesome! I love the dahi baingaan and dal biryani she makes. It’s to die for. And the mutton korma in my house is another level!

Your comfort food?

Dal, chawaal and a little mango chutney!

Favourite dessert?

I have a huge sweet tooth, so from rasmalai to chocolate fondant I love it all!

Food mantra?

I’m a huge foodie. I absolutely love good food, I’m obsessed with masterchef, I don’t cook but whenever I eat, even if one spice is missing from a recipe, I will notice it.  I love eating healthy and I truly enjoy my food. My advice to everyone is, “Savour your food, don’t just fill your stomach. Food is one of the greatest joys of life and even healthy food can taste absolutely amazing!”

Favourite food memory?

I love Japanese food and when I went to Tokyo I got to have dinner with the world’s most famous chef, Chef Nobu in his own restaurant. He actually sat with us and even made some maki rolls for us himself. He was so lovely and down to earth! I can never forget it. Crab, avocado maki roll which was an explosion of flavours and textures in my mouth! It was an unforgettable moment in my life!
