Vivek Agnihotri is a Bollywood film director, producer and screenmaker and music composer. He has worked in a plethora of genres including thriller, sports, political drama, erotica and romance.

 Vivek made his directorial debut with Chocolate: Deep Dark Secrets (2005) and followed it with Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal (2007) and the erotic thriller Hate Story.
 
Buddha In A traffic Jam is a new age political drama is his next scheduled release on 13 May (2016) followed by Junooniyat, a romantic Bollywood movie starring Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam releasing on 24 June 2016.
 
Vivek has been quite vocal about social and political issues. He led the integral part of the movement countering the protests by writers and artistes against “rising intolerance”.
 
Vivek Agnihotri is a columnist with DNA and a regular blogger for many online portals, political and otherwise.
His blog, “An open letter to Rajdeep Sardesai” went viral during the ongoing intolerance debate and created tremors in the liberal Journalist lobby.
 
Vivek Agnihotri also teaches creative thinking for Global leadership in premiere institutions across India under module ‘I AM Buddha’.
 
Agnihotri has worked in advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Manther, JWT and has been a founder member of McCann Erickson in India.He then moved to making advertisement films. He has made more than 100 ad films for clients which included Procter & Gamble, Tata’s, Godrej, and National Association for Blind.
