They are dashing and  famous  but not many know that our Bollywood stars have hidden talents which they could explore as an alternative career.  Most of them have already started following their passions as a career while some of them are pursuing it as a hobby.

Farhan Akhtar: While he’s not busy directing films or acting he  sings and plays the guitar.  He has  nurtured the passion by  holding concerts all over the country for some cause or the other.  Apart from that he is an expert in the Rubik Cube.

Vidya Balan: It comes as no surprise that this multifaceted actress is good at writing poetry. She says that she has never penned a script but she loves to write poems whenever she is free.

Juhi Chawla:  She has always been passionate about singing and when her  career as an actress was at a low she decided to follow her passion and took lessons in classical sangeet. She does her Riyaaz regularly and has performed at some events as well.

Sridevi: The English Vinglish actress loves painting and now that she is not doing too many films she has followed her passion fervently.  Her paintings titled ‘Thoughts’ were accepted at Christies, an international auction house. She has also gifted Salman one of her paintings.

Dia Mirza: She may not have had many great films to boast of but Dia Mirza loves pottery and has now become a pottery enthusiast.  She also loves to write and has written many columns for leading dailies earlier.

Ranveer Singh: He loves to rap and is a music enthusiast. When he has free time he  goes rapping. His rap in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl was  appreciated as well.

Abhay Deol:  Like his films his hobbies too have been unconventional. He likes to do interior designing and has done a course on wood carving in NYC, U.S. He goes about carving when he has free time on his hands.

Nana Patekar: This multifaceted actor when not busy acting he is busy with his farming and also sketches well and is an avid rifle shooter.  He has actually won a bronze medal at the state level for gun shooting.  

Shraddha Kapoor: The Aashiqui 2 actress has a passion for gardening. She has a green thumb and has a lovely garden in her home where she grows some lovely blooms.

Alia Bhatt: The Udta Punjab actress has shown her prowess at acting but loves to do charcoal sketching in her free time. The actress has even gifted Arjun Kapoor some of her charcoal sketches.
