Priyanka Chopra-Ranveer Singh : In Dil Dhadakne Do, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra play siblings but in Gunday and Bajirao Mastani they play lovers. 

Arjun Rampal – Deepika Padukone : They had played lovers on screen in Om Shanti Om (although Deepika never loved him enough) but in Housefull, they play brother-sister. 

Deepika Padukone and John Abraham : She was John’s sister in Race 2 but in Desi Boyz, she plays his girlfriend.

Juhi Chawla- Akshay Kumar : They play siblings in the film Ek Rishta but they play a romantic leads in Mr and Mrs Khiladi.
