From the current crop of actors, while Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sidharth Malhotra are known to be private people, Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan are known to be fun and outgoing. Hence it comes as a surprise that Varun has lost touch with many people.

Seriously, he admits it.

The reason behind him losing touch with friends is the amount of work that keeps him busy these days.“Today, work keeps me busy and doesn’t even allow me to think about anything else.  In fact, I’ve lost touch with so many people. Earlier, I knew about the happenings in the industry, but today, I really don’t know much.”

In a recent interview, the actor said there is hardly any time for him to even check how well his films are doing critically and commercially. “Rarely do I even get to see the outcome of my own films. Who doesn’t want to be a superstar or the best actor? But time has changed; it’s become cut-to-cut. If the film is good, it works; if not, it doesn’t matter who stars in it. So, one should worry about their own films.”

Well we hope after Dilwale, Varun gets some breather and he manages to catch up with friends and people who he has lost touch with and also keeps a close eye on how the film fares at the box office!
