Bollywood saw a lot of high-profile debuts this year. Presenting our pick from the actors who impressed us.

Shriya Pilgaonkar : Shriya is the daughter of stars Sachin Pilgaonkar and Supriya Pilgaonkar. She was seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s film Fan. She had acted in a Marathi movie before called Ekulti Ek, directed by her father.

Ritika Singh : Ritika Singh acted in the boxing related sports film Saala Khadoos which also  featured R. Madhavan. She is a national-level kickboxer.

Waluscha De Sousa : Waluscha De Sousa is a former supermodel and was also seen in Fan.

Pooja Hegde : Pooja Hegde was the second runner-up in Miss Universe India 2010. She made her debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro.

Mawra Hocane : Pakistani Beauty Mawra Hocane acted  in Sanam Teri Kasam opposite Harshvardhan Rane.
