Exclusive photographs by NK Sareen

Though we cannot ascertain the exact date of these set of pictures, the photographer snapped her during early 1970s when Lata Mangeshkar came to Shanmukhanand Hall in Mumbai. She had come there to attend a concert of Semangudi Vishwanathan.

“I was told she was particularly fond of her (Semangudi Vishwanathan),” says Sareen, who clicked the pictures.
